A 60 minute class that provides a vigorous 100% calorie burning cardio workout using primarily step aerobics followed by strength exercise drills to build and tone your muscles. Followed with a stretch based cool down. Excellent aerobic conditioning is guaranteed in this calorie burning class. All fitness levels are welcome.
