This class will explore life through the lens of Luke 10:27-28. Led by Kelly Gurley and Mary Smith, they'll be talking about heart, soul, mind, and strength. It’s about more than food and fitness, but the many elements within a healthy, whole life. Sessions include information and interaction to nourish you in spirit, mind, and body.

This group will explore "The Pursuit" by Amy Groeschel. Knowing God is the deepest need of every human heart. But how do we truly experience a vibrant and thriving relationship with him?

"How to CARE for Those Who Are Suffering"

  • 4:00-5:15 p.m. | 4th Floor Commons (Sanctuary Building)

Sooner or later every Christian will need to care for persons who are suffering. The textbook will be Don’t Sing Songs to a Heavy Heart by Kenneth Haugk, Ph.D. Suffering may include anything from losing a job to divorce, long-term illness, financial stress, being in trouble with the law, going through depression, surviving a natural disaster, or experiencing spiritual crisis. This class is for anyone who has been through our CARE Chaplains training or those who are just interested in becoming a CARE Chaplain of our church; and for anyone who needs to care for someone who is suffering. "The Essential Guide to Healing: Equipping All Christians to Pray for the Sick"

  • Sundays, Beginning February 3
  • 5:30-7:00 p.m. | 4th Floor Commons (Sanctuary Building)
This course will provide practical insights, testimonies, and Bible teaching. There will be weekly teaching videos by Bill Johnson and Randy Clark. Bill Johnson is the senior leader of Bethel Church in Redding, CA and is author of When Heaven Invades Earth. Randy Clark is the founder of Global Awakening, and has an international teaching, healing, and impartation ministry. In addition to the weekly videos, there will be a text book and an individual daily workbook that will be used for taking notes during the video teachings. The course is a daily life experience to help you grow in the power of the Holy Spirit. This is a 12-week course and the cost is $38 for the text and workbook.
