Honduras | October 19-26, 2018 | Registration Open!
This trip will be focused on children, youth and women’s ministry in partnership with our Faith Promise partners, Gary and Cheryl Kuney. Many teenagers have met God in some capacity but are hungry for further growth and age-appropriate discipleship. According to Cheryl, “the women are usually the ones who carry the burden for their families, both financially and emotionally.” Therefore another significant aspect of this trip will be to encourage and equip these women in raising their families. This trip is limited to fifteen people. Pre-requisites for this trip include team meetings and debriefing and the course Helping Without Hurting*. The cost is $1,550.00 without taking Helping Without Hurting.
*Helping Without Hurting will be offered in MSLC 233 during the 9:30 hour on Sunday mornings beginning August 5. Team members are encouraged to participate in at least 5 out of 8 class sessions. $25.00 will be taken off the cost of the trip per session attended.
